Flat Rate Shipping:
Our Flat Rate shipping is designed to reduce the shipping cost of most orders. The Flat Rate cost is determined by weight (see chart below). We determine the shipping method to use for Flat Rate shipping on a per-order basis, and other shipping options are still available at checkout if you need your order faster. Flat rate shipping is handled by the United States Post office and somtimes by UPS. So please be sure both can deliver to your address. Please be sure the address is correct as items deemed undeliverable or refused will not be returned and will go to USPS lost and found.

Shipping:
Orders received by 2PM ET on Mon-Fri will ship same day (excluding Holidays). Orders received after 2PM ET will ship next business day. All items ship from our own warehouse located in Massachusetts. We are sorry in order to maintain fast shipping once placed orders can not be canceled. They can however be returned please see our return policy at the top of every page.
Please be aware, when calculating shipping times, weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days. This includes next day, second day air and three day. For example, a next day air order placed on Friday before 2 pm ET will arrive on Monday. When counting shipping days please aware the next day is day one. For example a one day shipping placed on Monday would arrive on Tuesday therefore a four day shipping on Monday would arrive on Friday.
UPS generally does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
V Power Equipment is closed for the same holidays as the United States Post Office. Below is a list of those Holidays for 2024
V Power Equipment offers UPS and USPS next day and Second day delivery as a service to our customers - we make no additional profit from this service. We will do our part and get the product to the couier on time, however as with all shipping methods we can not offer refunds if for any reason UPS or USPS fails to deliver on time.
UPS can not deliver to a P.O. box. All orders with a P.O. box will be shipped by USPS or canceled

Standard Warranty:
All of our items come with a 90 day repair, replace or refund warranty. Commercial use items come with a 30 day warranty. The decision to repair, replace or refund is that of V Power Equipment's. This warranty covers any unit defects that are causing the item not to work properly. It does not cover any damage that occurred to the item while in the customers possession. If the item received damage during shipping please note with the shipping company and contact us to resolve the problem.
Cracked water pump housings are always caused from over pressurization or freezing and are not covered
Extended Warranty:
The extended warranty covers a one time replacement, repair or refund of the covered item. The decision to repair, replace or refund is that of V Power Equipment's. The warranty includes all freight charges for the covered Product. The Extended Warranty goes into effect after the regular warranty has expired. To be covered under the extended warranty you must purchase the warranty at the same time of the original purchase. Extended Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Products can not be modified in any way to be covered under extended warranty.
