Our Free Shipping is available to US customers and generally takes 4-8 business days. Please provide an address that can receive both UPS and US Postal Service shipments.

Flate Rate Shipping
Our Flat Rate Shipping is designed to offer the best value versus delivery time for most orders. The rate is determined by the total weight of your order (see chart below). We choose the shipping carrier—either USPS or UPS—on a per-order basis. Additional shipping options are available at checkout if faster delivery is required. For Canadian orders, Priority orders will ship through either USPS Internatoinal or GlobalPost.

- Orders placed before 2 PM ET (Mon-Fri) ship the same day (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM ET ship the next business day.

- Weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days (e.g., a next-day air order placed Friday before 2 PM ET arrives Monday).
- UPS does not deliver on weekends.

- UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; such orders will be shipped via USPS or canceled.
- Canadian and international orders are shipped FOB, with all duties and taxes the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times for international orders cannot be guaranteed.
- V Power Equipment ensures timely delivery to the courier but cannot refund shipping costs if UPS or USPS fails to deliver on time.
